A program that allows a person to automatically save their current working document inside of Photoshop and to optionally create versions of the saved file. The program sits outside of Photoshop and can be minimized to the task tray. When an attempt has been made to save a file, the program will use a notify balloon message to display the results of the save.

PS AutoSave also has the ability to know when a crash has occurred over a normal close.

—- Directions ——————————————————————————–>

  • Download and install PS AutoSaver (NOTE: It will not run at all if you do not have .Net 4.0 Installed! See Requirements)
  • Run the program from the icon
  • Save Every 5 – 60 Minutes
  • Auto-Launch Photoshop on Start – will start Photoshop when this program is started
  • Start in Task Tray/ Minimize to Task Tray – will put the program in the task tray and remove it from the start bar
  • Save Versions – save versions of the open file. These are saved where the file is currently saved in a new directory called versions.
